Lim Kok Leong is an IT professional with 28 years’ experience working for government institutions, consulting companies and banks holding leadership positions in the areas of IT Operations, Project Management Office, Quality and Process Assurance, IT Service Management, Risk Management, Information Security, Governance and Compliance.

Prior to becoming a Trainer/Coach and Facilitator, Kok Leong held several leadership positions, such as:

Head of IT Operations, Chief Admin Officer, Country Manager, Director, PMO and Governance, Vice President, IT Risk Management and Service Management, Vice President, Expense Management 

As a training consultant, Kok Leong designs, develops and delivers training programmes in the areas of traditional and agile project management, IT risk management and governance, service management, transaction flow and banking IT systems, digital management platform. 

Kok Leong uses a blend of learning & development approaches including assessment tools, role plays and case studies which allow participants to learn and apply practical techniques to deal with workplace situations successfully.

Kok Leong holds a Masters in Business Administration from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale) and graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Second Class Upper) National University of Singapore. He has also obtained a Graduate Diploma in Banking and Finance from Institute of Banking and Finance. He has also obtained Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment (ACTA) from WDA (Workforce Development Agency)
